Dr Zeenath Ul Islam is the founder of Polymath Enterprise.
A polymath is a person with a wide knowledge and learning.
Dr Islam founded Polymath Enterprise in 2017 to develop alternative activities for women who faced difficulties in life due to the traumas they had experienced.
We have a passion for problem solving, developing new ideas and adopting multi-disciplinary approaches to tackle real problems.
Since then Polymath enterprise has developed projects in a wide range of disciplines for a wide range of individuals. But at our heart remains the core belief that whatever tools we utilise our ultimate aim is to reduce global trauma.
We are based in Cambridge, UK and we work locally and think globally. We develop a multi-disciplinary approach to creatively develop projects which reduce global trauma.

Dr Islam was “diagnosed” as a polymath in 2016 and believes in the power of polymaths to make a difference to the lives of those most vulnerable in society.
Zeenath is a multi-disciplinary artist based in the UK. She explores and experiments throughout the use of various media and disciplines panning from photography, installations, drawings, painting, video and music. Her practice is concerned with the exploration of identity, line, trauma and criminalised communities. Some of her works also engage politically in response to commissions from newspapers. She has an intellectual curiosity that has lead her to work with many media and has been inspired to spend the year focusing on expression in performance art with dance and movement. She values freedom in creative expression however the theme of internal rhythm can be found woven through all her work.
